Crafting Schedule

  • Standard Production: Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days.
  • Peak Periods: During holidays or high-demand launches, please allow 5–7 business days for production.
  • Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before being handed over to our shipping partners, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Arrival Estimates

We ship our exclusive collections to trendsetters worldwide with the following estimated windows:

  • United States (Domestic): 4–8 business days once shipped.
  • Europe & UK: 7–10 business days.
  • Canada & Rest of World: 10–20 business days.
  • Note: These timeframes are estimates. International deliveries may be subject to local customs processing or postal delays beyond our control.

2. Monitoring Your Shipment

3. Satisfaction & Replacement Policy

Because every Vibetrendstee product is uniquely manufactured for the individual customer, we do not support traditional returns for items that are not defective. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work.

Our Quality Guarantee

We provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund if your order is affected by any of the following:

  • Garment Defects: Items arriving with physical damage, such as tears, holes, or structural flaws.
  • Application Errors: Significant printing mistakes, incorrect colors, or misalignment of the design.
  • Logistics Issues: If your package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier or if we shipped an incorrect size/style relative to your receipt.

Policy Limitations

To maintain our custom-production model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot restock custom-printed items if you decide you no longer want the design.
  • Sizing Mistakes: Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page. We do not refund for incorrect size selection.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders sent to an inaccurate shipping address provided during checkout.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

If you notice an error in your order details, you must contact us within 6 hours of purchase. After this brief window, your order is locked into our automated production queue and can no longer be stopped or edited.

For any manufacturing or printing concerns, please reach out within 15 days of receipt. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue; we will resolve it promptly with a replacement at no cost to you.
