How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item at Vibetrendstee is custom-printed just for you, we have a two-step delivery process:
- Production Time: 3–5 business days to print and inspect your gear.
- Shipping Time (US): 4–8 business days via standard ground shipping.
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on your local customs.
Where does Vibetrendstee ship from?
We are a US-based brand located at 5363 County Rd CC512, Rye, CO 81069. Your orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our professional printing facilities across the United States to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, or UPS) to see real-time updates.
2. Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my shipping address or shirt size?
Yes, but you must act fast! We allow modifications or cancellations within 6 hours of order placement. After this window, your order enters our production queue and cannot be altered or stopped as it is a custom-made item.
I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?
Please email us immediately at contact.vibetrendstee@gmail.com or call 720-898-0598 with your Order Number and the specific changes needed. If it’s within the 6-hour window, we’ll fix it for you.
3. Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Since our products are uniquely printed for the individual customer, we do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size selection. However, we offer a 100% replacement or refund guarantee for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or the print is wrong?
We stand by our quality! If there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue and your order number to our support email, and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Quality & Sizing
What kind of printing technology do you use?
We use professional DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. This ensures that the designs are vibrant, detailed, and durable. Unlike cheap heat transfers, our prints feel soft and won’t crack or peel after washing.
How do I know which size to buy?
We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring your favorite shirt at home and comparing it to our chart to ensure a perfect fit. Our apparel generally follows a modern, true-to-size unisex fit.
